This approval work is called PoC agreement. Established by the
Ripple Alpha Association, with assurance and reliability that there is no risk of fraud or modification of remittance.

Validator

A mechanism in which specific validators (approves) agree to validate transaction records. Ripple Alpha Association select the validators that they deem to be reliable. If more them 80% of the validators agree with the approval, the transaction is then recorded.
